Delivery was prompt. Pleased with the quality. These are for gifts, so will have to wait and see how they like them!

White/green residue and scratches

There was a white/green hard residue under the tip of the straw and throughout the whisk. It also looked like there were scratches on the entire straw as if someone tried to scrape off the residue. I tried to contact customer support the same day to request a refund but no answer/acknowledgment to my request and it's been over a week. Wont buy again!
